When I saw this home by Dad Design immediately I loved the large veranda that runs along three sides of the house. It definitely screamed for rockers to go along the wider section. I could see myself, sisters, mother and niece, three generation of women, hanging out there a lot just talking as we often do now.

The house is 100% mesh and has a footage of 18×33 with a land impact of 118.  It includes space for a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and dining/living room.  If you want some customization just look for the buttons that are scattered around the house and by touch you can access the menu which show the areas that can be changed. There are 74 pre-loaded colors for each zone, and windows and doors open by touch.  It’s available currently at FaMESHed, which ends July 26th.

The other item that I am featuring is also by DaD Designs, which is the wrought  iron vintage set that will be available starting today at a new event called The Crossroads.  The set includes sofa, armchair and table and is available in either pg or adult version. It has 5 different styles of textures that can be accessed via the shadow on the ground.   It’s all 100 percent mesh.  I’ve included some details below the credits on the amount of animations each version contains.
