I hope it’s been a wonderful Christmas for each and everyone of you. I know for many the celebrations continue well into the New Year.  In my world, things get back to normal for a few days until the eve of new year’s and then afterwards its back to the usual, except the dawn of a new year brings renewed hope that this year will be better than the last.  While I have some challenges facing me as I head into the new, I do believe it’s going to be a different kind of year.

While this is not my end of year sort of post the one thing I can take away from this past year as a blogger is the new friendships I’ve made with other fellow bloggers. I’ve already introduced you to this particular person back in March soon after we met and collaborated.  Since then we’ve collaborated again a couple of times and she’s also become a close and dear friend.  One of the gifts that she continually gives me is her generous spirit in supporting my work on this blog, as a friend and fellow blogger.  She cheers me on when I’ve made a new accomplishment or cheers me up if I had a bad moment.  She’s been a text away ever since we hit it off.

If you know her personally, then you’re probably just shaking your head in agreement with what I’m saying.  If you don’t know her as a blogger, you really should. Her name is Exis and she’s a dynamite. If you follow her, then you know she’s been busy these last few weeks working on a decorating project for the holiday issue of Gallant Magazine.  The magazine has been released and the sim is now open to the public.  She really hasn’t tooted her own horn for the tremendous job she’s done in decorating the ski lodge at the sim and the photo work for the magazine. My first visit was a disaster, as my computer froze and I ended up crashing. Over the holiday weekend I returned and was able to stay a bit longer, enough to view and admire her fantastic job and take a couple of snapshots.
