Hello everyone! If you haven’t made it to Chapter Four yet this month, then this is a really great time to go as the hidden chapter just started at the midway point.  What I’m showing today is from the regular round and it is the new gacha release by Ionic. The Hacienda, is known as either the ranch or the country estate and the complete gacha set is made up of 13 commons and 1 rare. I’m only showing a few pieces of the complete set, which you can view it here, but really you won’t be disappointed with any piece of the set that you receive.  Best wishes that you get the rare, because it’s pretty fantastic!

“COASTAL RETREAT HOUSE” Is a beautiful family beach house
The house has large verandas outside Inside a large living room, kitchen, study and a second living. On the first floor 4 bedrooms and a large terrace. Attic with big space and a door that leads to a further terrace. A spiral staircase leads to the tower to admire the view. The windows of the whole house can be opened and have been arranged openings of different heights to create the most natural look.

Scattered around the house there are buttons and by touch to access the menu where areas of the house have been loaded:
For the large size of the house buttons to personalize each room they are divided on 3 floors

ACCESS: Level 0 (everyone); Level 1 Authorized Only (add a simple notecard with complete name of avatar – not the display name -; Level 2 Owner only (default).
For each zone, there are 74 pre-loaded colors to choose from, to personalize your new home and make it unique internally and externally.

FLOOR:
Even the floors can be easily changed:
Edit Mode —- Select face
and you can add your favorite flooring texture

The windows open by touch as the doors to the easy step.

HOW TO REZ:
“COASTAL RETREAT HOUSE” It is a very large house so it needs a rezzer to rez it.

Rez ground DaD DESIGN “COASTAL RETREAT HOUSE” c / m rezzer V.1.0
Then click on the REZ button. Move the rez in the desired location and when you touch FINISH!

The concept of COCOON is a house with many spaces inside and outside developed without interruption for the view. for the presence of large windows.  In close connection with the house is the swimming pool that becomes the entrance of the house itself.

Cocoon House is available PG & ADULT version.
The animations Menu is just ONE for all (to reduce to 0 sit /stand up constantly when customer decide to change area).
From inside the house you can sit on the objects and the starting point of the animation it is always the same
Start point is always the same and you receive a Menu with 3 areas.
POOL
LIVING
1ST FLOOR
The points of the house from which you can access the animated menus are
swimming pool: water
living / 1st floor: The black wall partition

Simplify by sliding the mouse over these areas appears chair symbol (click the left mouse button)

ADULT VERSION:

PG VERSION

LIGHT SYSTEM
Near swimming pool there is a switch to change color/intensity/access

BONUS MESH POOL
I know how complicated terraforming in Second Life.
The ground is never perfect near the edges of an object!
For this reason I have added a “bonus mesh” you can use near the outer edge of the pool.  My advice is rez home and terraforming perfectly and, at the end, add the prim bonus on the edge of the pool.

You can use it as an extra space or stairs.
