A change is gonna come

I felt so much better today even if I had a splitting headache this afternoon that sort of put a kink in that feeling better. In any case, hopefully I am on the mend and back to my self soon enough.

Today I am showcasing a few items from Tres Chic, starting with the sweater by Rinka. Even though I’m using with a skirt, it’s also great for casual wear or lazying around the house type of wear so it’s calling my name. The bracelets are by AvaWay and come with a color HUD to choose from five different metal options. The last item being featured is a new shoe release by N-core, which are fabulous heels with spikes. Surely they will come in handy if you need to defend yourself, but lets hope not.

Over the weekend on Sunday after having dinner with family members we all enjoyed time together playing cornhole. It’s a lawn game where players take turns throwing bags of corn at a raised board that has a hole at the far end of it. I’m not much of a sports person, but it’s always fun getting into the spirit of playing with my family.

Though playing with some of my siblings means you have to be able to handle their intended good nature teasing. My younger brother is a big sports fanatic whose played sports since he was young. He loved to taunt me that I took after the other side of the family when my throws didn’t quite make it. I had to remind him that at least I wasn’t whining and crying like he did when I beat him at marbles when we were young.

Well this month Genre is back with a sports theme. Today I’m featuring this gold trophy by Bliensen + MaiTai, which is available now at the newest round that started on May 15th and will run through June 12th. I’m showing only the 1st place trophy, but there is a 2nd and 3rd place trophies as well.

I was after boxing gloves when I played this gacha and ended up getting the mystery item, which is the boxing ring that came in handy for this post. Most of the items except the top and shorts that are from Collabor88 this month are gacha items and detailed below.

The Willa Bedroom Set

The new round of Uber with a Bohemian theme just opened and [ARIA] has the Willa Bedroom Set that comes in either PG or adult version. What the set includes is the bed, which comes with six texture choices and animations for single and couples. Attachable props for activities like the one shown. I’m working. I’m checking out all the pretty pictures on Flickr. The dresser and side table that also come with six texture choices and two versions, chipped and plain, which both are included. The rug has six texture choices and a tapestry that has nine texture options. If that weren’t enough, there is a light with three selections for the metallic part and potted plants.
