Merry Christmas!

Today has been a day of baking in preparation for tomorrow and I am lucky to have several sisters and also a niece, so that we get to share in the making of desserts and food. Today I got assigned making a fudge candy, another milk chocolate dessert and apple bread. The last being a family favorite, which I’ve been making ever since my aunt shared her recipe with me on a trip to Seattle back in 2007.

Though I wanted to take some time to come blog my Christmas post, so that I could wish all my readers, fellow bloggers and everyone who drops by a very blessed Merry Christmas. May your day be filled with love and laughter, no matter who you spend it with.

While I would have wanted to do a single picture together with little me, it’s just impossible lately to log both of us at the same time to do it.

I gave myself off yesterday not posting in either blog and didn’t do much of anything other than open boxes to get myself organized to blog away in the coming days. My inventory is a mess, even though it’s been a mess going on 2 or 3 years now. I’m due for a massive clean up soon where I won’t blog and just try to organize my inventory. It will probably be just after Christmas and before the New Year. If you have any inventory clean up tips I welcome them!

Today I’m featuring a new Christmas gacha by Mesh India out now at the Cosmopolitan Event that started December 5th and this round ends on December 17th. The tree with a texture change base is the rare in the set and is the item with the most land impact at 11. The rest of the commons, which are made of some great gifts for the family are 3 and under.

Meow-Meow-Meow

I had a moment of doubt that I was spelling meow incorrectly so I googled it. Wikipedia calls it cat communication. Urban Dictionary says it an acronym for, “Morning Erotically Obsessed Woman” (or Women)… which is to say that beneath her demure businesswoman persona was a wild child who awoke each day gripped by MEOW.

That being said… “MEOW.”

Most of the items are by [CIRCA], that are a combination of holiday items at events and advent items at the main store that range from $1 to $75 lindens. All the cats minus the two that are on the pillows are from Jian, which are gacha items at the Winter Gacha Festival that just started.

I’ll be home with bells on

I think the bell on the wreath made me think of the song “I’ll Be Home With Bells On” when I looked at the picture this morning. It’s a holiday classic that still brings a smile and makes you want to stomp your feet. I am listening to it as I’m sitting here writing and starting to get energized.

I absolutely love the feel of a cabin as it conjures up an image of a large fireplace roaring with a warm fire and the idea of sipping hot chocolate all the while in long johns and fuzzy socks. Chuckles.
