You eat them of course. If you google, you’ll find there a lot of reasons why munching on a firm yet creamy banana is good for you. It’s a happy fruit that possesses nutrients that relieve stress and helps keep you upbeat and it’s also great for an energy boost among many other things.

There is even a new proverbial saying of “a banana a day keeps the doctor away,” so eat a banana or have sex as you’re probably going to see the frames and think of it anyway.  It does have some of the same benefits… just saying.
