Today has really been a lazy Sunday and I’ve not done much of anything except bake brownies, blog, text with a friend and I took an hour nap.

Anyways, hope your day has been just as easy. With this post I am showcasing items from the new round of On9, that just began a few days ago on the 9th and ends on the 28th. The Moonsoul swimsuit by [Aleutia] is the bikini top and bottom that comes with a HUD that has 30 color options for main and strap parts.

The Scarlet tattoo by Nanika comes in a black, white and henna version and it’s also at On9. The shoes are by Empire and is available at Chapter Four.  As always with all Empire shoes, it also comes with HUD with many color options.

My decor is a combination, but the main pieces are by unKindness in collaboration with Ariskea. The solace set is available at this round of Collabor88 and is made up of the door nook, the seating, table and plant. The fruit dolls decor is gacha items by Les Sucreries de Fairy and at On9. The tulips are also gacha items by Bee Designs also at On9 and the last item is the cake by Ionic, that is part of the Spirit gacha set that I showed a day or so ago.

Little Alex {Sydney}

The name of the mesh head that little me, otherwise known as Sydney, is wearing really couldn’t be more perfect in being called Alex considering that my avatar’s name is Alexa.  It’s made by the Toddleedoo Store, whom is also the creator behind the mesh bodies made for toddleedoos.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with the head, but I have been pleasantly surprised with how easy it blended with the mesh body and applying the skin to using the animations and utilities Hud.  I did find that the head is smaller, which meant that some of my favorite older hairs were a bit of an issue. Something I’ll have to work on a little later.  I’m wearing skin that came with the head, though it works with Omega so you can use any skin, tattoo or eyes that utilizes that system. The last picture shows some of the animations included and below credits you can find more information on everything that is included. The mesh head is now available at the Skin Fair and afterwards will probably be available at the main store.

The rest of the items that I am showing are by Buglets, starting with the cute dress that I am wearing called Hallie. It’s available at the new round of Ninety-Nine.  The socks were a Fifty Linden Friday item for little kids. This event doesn’t seem to be featured on Seraphim, but it is exactly like the regular one only it’s children’s items. The crown is part of the ‘Willows’ outfit and available now at the main store. The wand was the prize for the Shop Hop event that’s now over, though you might want to check the store and get more information.

==ALPHA==
This is a Legacy Alpha Layer to Hide your own Legacy Shape Head. It only hides the Head so if you are wearing a mesh body with its own Alpha please use “Add” option for this. It’s modify so you can edit it and add Alpha to Upper and Lower part to hide your entire avatar with one single Alpha layer.

==SHAPE==
You can find both ToddleeDoo Baby and Kid Shape, FEMALE (this head is compatible with ToddleeDoo Girl Bodies ONLY at the moment), FULL PERM. Feel free to customize your look and share as you desire 🙂

==EYEBROWS==
Eyebrows Style also affects your eyebrows Head look! I suggest you to give a try to this and enjoy customization!

==HEAD==
This is the Mesh Head itself.
It’s worn on Chin but you can decide to wear it in any other attachment as you like.
it Includes the face, the nape, the ears, left and right eye, teeth and tongue and ONE tattoo layer.
You can change the skin with the Skin Applier in the box (see Skin Applier*), but it’s compatible with ToddleeDoo Appliers (if they also include the Head Texture) and Omega (see Omega*)

==EXTRA TATTOO==
This is an additional tattoo layer.
It works exactly as the one embedded in the Head itself but it’s useful for those who desire to wear two or more different tattoo at the same time.
➀ Wear it on rezz on ground
➁ Apply your desired Extra Tattoo (through Appliers or just Edit if you own the texture)
➂ Delete the script inside the Extra Tattoo
➃ Rename this Extra Tattoo Layer with a indicative Name
➄ Take and Wear
ATTENTION: both the Head and this Layer are affected by appliers, resulting double Darker or Solid. once you prepared your Extra Tattoo layer, please remember to reset or take off the Head Tattoo itself

If you can’t take off your Tattoo you can use this 􀀀

==UTILITIES HUD==
This HUD includes the Alpha options (hide Nape, Eyes or Ears), Teeth (choose within 6 full or missing teeth set) and Ears (choose within 4 in or out styles, and fix position).
Close to Minimize the HUD.

==ANIMATION HUD==
This HUD include all Animations Available at today for this Head.
They are divided in Moods as: Steady, Happy, Sad, Silly, Eyes, Interactive and Undeform.
Most Animations includes more styles, this is because of personal choice but also because of Shapes: infact a certain animation looks different from a custom Shape than another, even resulting deformed in some cases.
You can also combine some of them.
Are you Deformed? try the Undeform Button on the LEFT, if it doesn’t help you can Force an Undeform: **be sure to wear the Alex Default Shape** and hit the Undeform button on RIGHT (where the attention sign is).
To Minimize the HUD press the little Button on the top of the HUD.

==SKIN APPLIER==
This is a simple 4 Tone Skin Applier: wear it and touch your desired tone.

==OUTDATED VERSIONS==
This Mesh Head have been distributed since very first eta versions, and some of you designed and distributed your shapes with those old heads.
Anyhow I kept on improve the rigging and some of the older shapes may not look as expected on newest Heads versions.
In this case you can find in this box or the OutDated Obsolete Heads and Tattoo Layers.

==OMEGA==
This Head is “Omega Advanced”, it means you can add to it any Skin, Tattoo and Eyes made with Omega Appliers!
You just need the ToddleeDoo Relay Kit (which also works for the ToddleeDoo and TweeneeDoo body), and keep the Head HUD worn.
You can Hide it out of your screen, you don’t have to touch it in any way.
Just wear your desired Omega Applier and use it as usual.
REMEMBER: some Omega Applier send different Body Parts Textures by touching the button in different position: if an applier doesn’t work as expected please try again touching it in a different spot.

Happy Saturday!

It’s a quick post today to show you some fabulous finds around the grid. Merak has a ‘Joy of Springs’ set out at The Liaison Collaborative.  The recycled vases set down on the left there near the couch.  The watering can is just cute as can be and its near the chair in the middle and the last piece to the set is the rustic decorative chair, which is the green little stool towards the front.

Unkindness has some steampunk vases in both a light and dark version out now at We ❤ Role-Play.  I’m showing the light ones that are on either side of the chair in the middle.  They are great for indoor or outdoor decor. The other items by the same creator are the color wall flowers on the screen in the corner.  You can find these now at the main store.

The last items shown are by Dreamscapes Art Gallery. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to them in time before the hunt ended, though go check out the store.  It has some wonderful decor stuff for home and garden.

Just a day away before the Skin Fair 2017 opens the doors to what you will find is an amazing array of skins, mesh heads, shapes, makeup and tattoos for both females and male.

Today I am showcasing LeLutka’s newest mesh bento head Cate, which I am using with my own shape and some modification. The skin that I picked to wear with it is from the League and called Amaia.  It was made for the Simone mesh head, but also fits other heads as well.  I’m wearing the suntan version, but it’s also available in 6 other tones that range from pale to dark. I am also wearing one of the satin lipsticks also by the League, the midtones. You can find these plus some gloss lipsticks at the event.

The up-do hair style I am wearing is by Iconic, a new main store release that you will find in a range of colors. I especially like the wisps of hair that just give it a sense of realism and adds that bit of depth to make the hair come alive for me.

The gorgeous Moon Shine Nails are by Astralia, and are currently at Shiny Shabby. These are made to fit the bento hands by Vista.  The last item is the dress by Sahara, which is available at the Darkness Monthly Event.

I woke this morning  to find a text from a friend on the other side of the world wishing me a Happy International Women’s Day and so I pay it forward wishing all of you the same.

This day is about honoring those female pioneers who have paved the way before us and gave a voice to the many issues that have concerned us. In many cases just ordinary woman who had the courage and determination to speak out and through their efforts brought about awareness and change in their countries and local communities.

It’s also about honoring the females in our lives that matter most. A big thank you to all to all the women who are in my life!!! Check out the video it’s great! The lyrics have been seen as a manifesto of female empowerment.

Sitting waiting wishing

Just days away from one of the most popular events in Second Life, the Skin Fair, which is presented by Pale Girl Productions and Esode.  It is set to start on March 10th and will last until the 26th. I’m so excited to be showing you some previews in the coming days, both on this blog and my other blog Alexa’s Fantasy Wardrobe.

Today I am featuring a skin by Birth, which is not a skin maker that I was familiar until a recent gacha purchase.  Freya is available in 8 tones, with a browless option, or eyebrows in black, brown, blonde and red. There is a bento shape included and while appliers have been tailor made to fit Catwa’s ‘Catlyn’ bento mesh head, it can and works well with others as I am using it on Catwa Tumble.

I’m also featuring the tattoo by Arise, called the Joa, which comes with appliers for TMP, Belleza, Maitreya, Omega and layers for classic avatars. I’m also wearing a top and skirt by Scandalize, available now at Cosmopolitan.  I am really taking a liking to this creator’s designs as it fits my personal taste.

The last items being showcased are the landscape by Little Branch and pose used.  The Spring Winds trees in the background are at the current round of FaMESHed. The pose that I used was perfect to show both the skin and the tattoo, and it’s by Corpus and part of their Random Series 2 set and available at the upcoming round of The Liaison Collaborative that opens tomorrow on March 7th.

Today is somewhat of an easy post as I am just featuring the latest release by DaD Designs, which is the gorgeous and wonderfully detailed St. Thomas house available at FaMESHed. It’s a bit more on the land impact at 305, but the details on this are exceptional and make it worth the prims if you can spare it.

Take a peak below credits to get additional details about what it offers.  As you can see with the first two pictures I opted to use different exterior colors.  I didn’t think of it when I was doing the interior pictures.  Though you will note that the exterior and interior can be easily customized by the touch of a menu button.

“St. Thomas House” is a meeting between Caribbean style and the American Victorian architecture.

It ‘a big house characterized by large verandas, perfect for creating outdoor living rooms, surrounding the house. Inside a large octagonal hall which gives access to 4 rooms.  The central ceiling ends with a skylight from which the light enters.
