The sound of silence

I’m so used to either posting before noon or after midnight that posting at this time is going to throw me off my normal rhythm.  It was just a busy day and yet if you asked me all I did, it be odds and bits of nothing.  Well I did get some more laundry done and I had a nice juicy steak for a late lunch early dinner.

There is purpose in your season of waiting

Happy Monday and Happy Memorial Day for us here in America. Normally it’s a relaxing day for us and usually we do a cookout, though not this year. My siblings are further away now with making moves to other states, so getting together isn’t as easy.  That aside.. today is a day of remembrance for those who served in our armed services protecting our country. In this day and age and from what we see all over the world it’s never been more important to feel blessed for those men and woman who served and those who serve now.

I wish everyone a fantastic and peaceful day wherever you are.  Today’s post is all about Cosmopolitan.  If you’re not familiar with this event, it’s one that takes place every two week bringing you an array of new releases in clothes, furniture, poses and everything that makes our lives here in Second Life a little more enjoyable. This round will end on June 4th, so you still have time to grab some fabulous goodies.

Showing a cute little outfit for this upcoming round of “All The Little Things” that will be based on the theme career fair.  KJlm Kids has made these master chef outfits that are unisex for the toddleedoo avatar that are white with different colors embedded in the lining, shoes and the accessories like the handkerchief and oven mittens.  Then a few other outfits with different art for like a pastry or fast food chef.

The brats
While I don’t keep up to date on all stores geared for children I do know there is a reasonable amount of small sized events aimed for this population in Second Life.  When I get a chance I will try and update my blog to include a section of stores that cater to the Toddleedoo.
