Hello everyone!!  Today has been somewhat of a slow day for me all around as I wasn’t feeling too well and just couldn’t get myself together after being gone over the weekend.  I am showcasing fashion items from On9 and a new home by Schultz Bros.  The hair, outfit and shoes are all from different creators who are participating  in this month’s On9 event that is still ongoing until the 28th of the month.

I’m also featuring as mentioned above, Schultz Bros. latest release that has been made specifically for the July Deco(c)rate subscription box.  The dock house is 100% mesh and has copy and mod rights. The second picture is a truer color of the home as it comes straight from the box. There is a way to change the texture, which you can read the details below in credits where you can find more information on the house.

The July Deco(c)rate can still be purchased, but at a slightly higher price.  In case you’re not familiar with this event, it is a monthly subscription box that is filled with high quality mesh decor, home and garden items from 15 quality home, garden and decor designers.  Each month you register your subscription via a kiosks in-world at the Deco(c)rate headquarters or a participating store.  The cost for pre-orders is L$1,500 and any past crate is available at L$3,000. The crate is delivered to your inventory each month.

Just looking at this home alone and seeing the wonderful quality, the introductory price is really a great bargain.  On that note I will also mention that I am really happy and honored to have been invited to blog for this event starting with the August box.  I look forward to showing you some more great quality home and garden decor from around the grid.

### Docks: Additions, etc:

1. The front dock walkway has been made, so you are easily able to
copy them, and make it as long as you need. (3 LI each).

2. The back railing on the back patio is removable.
(Just in case you feel like jumping off your dock and going for a swim. 🙂

### Texture / Color changing:
1. The exterior 3D Siding is tinted. To change it from the green color,
in the edit menu, use “select face” and simply change it to a color of your choice.

2. Interior wallpapers have been mapped to easily change them to your liking.

Please note: Changing any textures on this build will result in loss of any baked
shadows / lighting.
