Hope it’s been a great weekend for everyone.  Today I am showing this fantastic new kitchen by [Tia] out now at Shiny Shabby.  You can get pieces individually or as a pack. My favorite thing about it is the color options just by clicking on the individual pieces.  I was thinking to go with pink and then I thought let me make it appealing to both sexes as I can’t imagine many guys liking a pink kitchen. Though I left all these cute pink pigs out and the back-splash in pink.

I am actually with the results of last night presidential election here in the U.S. Enough said.

Today I am featuring just the boots and pose.  From time to time when I don’t know or can’t find the right windlight for a picture I end up shooting several photos with different ones.  Then if I don’t end up re-shooting then I pick one or two to work with as the case here.  I ended up choosing these two pictures to work with and decided to post them both as they each show a different side view.

The boots are from Empire and it’s a new release for this round of Chapter Four. Below credits you will find some specifics on the boots and with the purchase of the boots you get a free watch (shown here) or vice versa.

I’m using another pose by K&S Poses; Katya Pose 1 of the #11 set. I did have to mod the right leg just a little to bring it up above the little shack I’m sitting on. You can find this pose and lots of other great ones at the main store.

If I ever got a dog in real life it would probably be an English bulldog.  I think they have the cutest face ever.  I had a co-worker once who had one and hers was super big with all the folds in the skin and I would often joke with her saying that he had a face only his mother would like… meaning her.  She would laugh as she knew I was messing with her. It looked like this one here  except a bit wider.

This is a quick post as I have just enough time before I have to go out the door this morning.  I’m showing this lovely morning glory spring set by [CIRCA], currently available as a gacha set at the Dreams Gacha Fair.  I listed all the pieces used in the picture, but there is a few more pieces that complete the set. The sit pose I am using is not from the ottoman, but it is actually a pose by [evoLove], which is available at the newest round of GENRE.

I’m also featuring some landscape items by Little Branch.  The wild grass and the white cherry blossom trees available now at the current round of the LTD The Event.

Preparation for the Easter Bunny

The topic of Easter has come up in some of our family gatherings many of times as we talk about how certain holidays are treated in America. While most know that Easter is a day in which the resurrection of Jesus Christ is celebrated, in accordance with Christian belief, it is not what most people talk  of.

It’s mostly about the Easter bunny, the chocolate eggs and the Easter basket full of treats for the kids. I am not implying that we forget what this holiday means or that it’s not celebrated in some way like going to a church service.  It just means it’s not an in your face topic of discussion for the most part.

With 9 nephews and 4 nieces who are now well over 18 I’ve had my share of contributing to the Easter basket.  Some of them have children now and well they’re on their own!
