The little me has taken on a new commitment to blog a few things each month for an event that features items for the toddleeDoo given that I already do posts featuring items for this size. I did consider maybe creating a separate blog, though for now I am going to incorporate them with my regular posts.

The event is “All The Little Things” and the newest round is right around the corner starting on April 5th. I’m showing this cute little unicorn bag and the fluffy plush unicorn that is hanging next to me by Little Llama.

I had a bit of a chuckle with this picture after I began to put things out to organize some kind of scene with the intent and purpose of showing the bears that BoOgErS created for this round of The Arcade. As I grouped them around the table I realized it looked more like a town hall meeting at someone’s table than an afternoon tea party. It’s probably due to the fact that I still have remnants in my mind of an old article I read over the weekend that dealt with the Tea Party Movement.

A very close friend pleasantly surprised me with this gift of reindeer that is just adorable as you can see. The love and warmth that is reflected between the reindeer is touching. I am not always overly expressive in nature, but I wanted to show my appreciation of their thoughtfulness and sweetness by taking a photo to say thank you.

I had a particularly rough day that I needed to distract myself with something lighthearted and fun. Bringing out my child alt gives me that in an odd way, not only the silliness of being in a small body, but she makes me laugh at myself as I’ve mentioned before and that’s enough to lighten the load somehow.

Nothing much then a simple picture of walking through the grass at home and on that note we’re calling it a day in both worlds.

There is a new event called The Seelie Court that just started yesterday and will run through September 10th at the Isle of Myrth. It is going to be a monthly event that features fantasy related items. In my own story…

As I sit here thinking about my title. It sort of rings true that Second Life is really like starring in your own movie that you direct. You get to create your own character and direct the story to a certain extent. When I first started I remember teasing it was like starring in my own animated Disney movie and playing dress up. As you can see I have just as much fun dressing up my child alt as I do dressing up my adult avatar.

Even though today I’m just goofing. It was fun putting together these cute “Inside the Story” items from 8f8 that are available at the Dreamers Factory event until the 22nd of August.
