One day closer to the weekend seems to be the best day. It’s also a holiday weekend too. I don’t have any Easter plans as of now, but I’m really looking forward to relaxing if nothing else. I’ve got lots of boxes to open up from a couple of events that I blog for, so that’s part of the no plans. Maybe I’m going to go distract fellow blogger Exis, good friend since we’ve met in-world and fabulous dancer too, because I’ve been away and by now she’s missed me. Chuckles.

Lazy Sunday

It’s definitely beach weather here with the sun shining and just the right amount of breeze to make it a lovely day except there’s not one close by and I’m not in the mood for a long drive. I used to love to drive and for most of my career life I traveled at minimum 45 miles each way to work and several days of the week that same amount of time driving between two cities for meetings. It was time where I did a lot of my thinking and planning or on many occasions where I just breathed.

Not so much driving these days and I’ll take the passenger side of the vehicle any day for long drives. Even though there is no beach nearby it’s lovely weather to just relax today, but we’ll see what the rest of the day brings.

As for the scene I’m showing I am wearing a top and skirt from Scandalize that is in this round of Cosmopolitan and the anklet is by Naminoke, which is part of their gacha set at Lootbox. The square nails are by Empire and these come in short, medium and long sizes and also in different styles, so go check them out at the main store. The last item being featured is the vintage fan by NYU, which can also be found at Lootbox in other colors. I did a close up below to show the smaller items a bit closer and as always the remaining items shown are detailed below in credits.

In just under two days the doors to the Arcade will open and while I haven’t made my own list, there is a few things that I definitely want. Today I am showing the delightful collection of the Baby Daycare by BoOgErS. There are two rares and 13 commons, which can be viewed at the creators photo page here. I also listed the details below credits on the collection. These bears retire April 1, 2017, so make sure you grab any you like before then!

I’m also showing several items from Buglets, starting with the items that little me is wearing. The cute dress that has little hearts all over the front is a main store release. The cute little teddy shoes are at the new round of Thimble, which is a kids event. The bear I’m holding is one of the wearable versions in the BoOgErS collection.

The bed is a new release that is available at the Little Events, another kids event. Though it’s only there until the end of the month, otherwise you will have to find it at the store after the event. The white photo wreath above the bed just under the canopy is Buglets group gift for this month and comes in 4 colors. The last item being shown is the rainbow balloons mobile by Aphrodite Shops that comes with a re-sizer.

The Lake Cabin have an entrance with pergola.

I’m fighting the start of a cold so I am going to be brief today as my head is spinning a little. Featured is the single bed and crib from Dysfunctional Designs at We ❤ Role-Play. Both come with texture change options for up to 7 woods. The single bed is pg and comes with 9 solo poses. There is a double bed as well not pictures that is pg and adult with the same texture options.

They conjured up an image of an early life when life might have been more simple or maybe it was much harder without the little luxuries we live with today.

Anyway, have a great err.. yeah Wednesday! I’m prone to moments of forgetfulness sometimes.

Take me back to another time

Hello everyone! After a short and much needed break from Second Life and blogging I am back for a while. During the next few months I will probably be taking a few breaks here and there as I continue to sort out some things in real life and anticipating a move in the near future as well. In the meantime I am looking forward to once again showing you some of the awesome stuff that can be found on the grid.

Today I am featuring some new decor items by unKindness and Culprit. The Autumn vanity set by unKindness is currently at FaMESHed and includes the vanity table with mirror, the cushion that has animated and static poses and three choices in wreaths for you to decorate for the Fall season.

Culprit is participating in this round of the Mix with their Wish You Were Here Set. That’s the blue tray that has some delicious goodies like petit cakes and hot chocolate. The set includes a tray with everything on it as pictured, or if you prefer to use one or more pieces around the house then it also comes with individual items for you to use. Personally, I love it when a creator gives you those kinds of options.
