Cosmopolitan is on a new round having just opened three days ago and as always lots of great fashion, poses, decor and much more to be found. I’m showcasing some of the decor in these pictures. Cinphul has the ‘Forget Me Collection’ in two versions. I’m showing the [death] version and consists of the console, chair, step stool and two vases. Luc Boutique has these metallic fern lamps in a few colors. Puke Rainbows has decorative flower art for the wall and OHeMo has boxy decor for wall and also for floor, which those have legs. The trees, hill and grass shown outside the window are by Little Branch.

The other item that I’m featuring is the bed by [Merak], which is currently at Shiny Shabby. It’s got a land impact of 16, and texture change for pillows and cover.

The Autumn home

Having lived in the southern part of the state of Florida we never had the change of leaves to bring in the change of season from summer to fall. Just about the only change was in the weather where it isn’t so hot and muggy. Now I live further up the state in the north central area and we have some trees around that do change color so I’m really looking forward to that. There is also an abundance of huge oak trees with lots of Spanish moss that I think a picnic outdoors seems to be in my future. Maybe.

Today’s post is showcasing some autumn home decor by Cheeky Pea available now at the N21 event. There is a piece missing from the set and it’s a set of wall picture frames surrounding a large star. Great set to get started on decorating for the upcoming season. I’m also using some several pieces from the “memories” gacha by YS&YS, which fits perfectly with this season.

I'll wait… for a time

Morning everyone. Even though it’s a little before the 10 am hour I’m still a bit groggy from lack of sleep as I’ve been doing a few late nights this week to complete a project non second-life related. It probably has a little to do with eating a full breakfast of pancakes and eggs, something that doesn’t happen every morning at least for me as I’m not much of a morning eater. Today was an exception.

I’m wearing a new skin by *YS&YS* called Ludo made for the new generation Akeruka mesh head. It’s a main store release so no fighting lag at an event to take a look. I’m wearing it in tone 02, but it’s also available in a range of tones that go from 00 to 04. I’m also wearing the shape that came with the skin, specifically for Valerie mesh head by Akeruka Creations, the one I’m wearing.

This cute new hairstyle is by eXxEsS and another main store release available in several colors. The black bodysuit is by Tentacio and it’s part of their Sakiko gacha at Lootbox. Here is the key so that you can see the other items in the gacha that can be worn independently as well. The thigh garter is by Empire and comes with a color hud giving you lost of options. It’s going to be available at the upcoming Crystal Hearts event that I believe opens this Friday. These sexy shoes are a new release by N-core and currently available at this month’s round of Kustom9. I’m wearing the Maitreya version, but you can also find versions for Belleza and Slink as well a version to fit their own mesh feet.

I’m using a lamp and a bed from creators participating at this round of Cosmopolitan that ends July 2nd.

Exterior beauty, without the depth of a kind soul is merely decoration

I got off to a late start with showcasing the Tres Chic event this month, so I’m in the midst of wrapping up my posts and the reason for a second post today. I hope you all have had an opportunity to visit this event and in case you haven’t there is still about a week left before it ends. Everything I’m wearing including the pose that I’m using can be found at this event, well, all except the new skin by *YS&YS* called Maddie. It’s part of the June Powder Pack subscription that can still be purchased at Marketplace.

In case you might have missed my initial post on the Tres Chic event this month, it’s all about ancient Greece. The lovely hair that I’m wearing is by EMO-tions and can be found in various colors and just to go off my usual I decided to go with a platinum color. The gown is by Masoom and also available in a few colors and I’ve been sort of stuck on white for a while now, which if you’ve been with me for a while my color of choice has always been black in the past. Change can be easy sometimes. The bracelet is by Enchante’ and I thought it went very well with what I was wearing as well as the shoes by Mosquito’s Way. The pose is one of a few by Luane’s World that is on offer at this month’s event. I will have one more post featuring items from Tres Chic and then all about summer decor as I get into Summerfest and no doubt maybe a couple of non summer posts and then it will probably be the start of next months events including the Home Show.

I am back home as of this afternoon and ready to play a little catch up from the days I was not able to post. It was nice to get away and not have much of an agenda. Even though it rained practically every day it gave me ample time to hang out with family and friends and catch up on sleep too. Though it’s nice to be back to familiar things.

Enjoy the little things

Hello everyone! Last night I got reasonably good internet reception to log into SL without getting stuck every few minutes that I decided to do a couple of quick scenes and take pictures.

I managed two pictures, so I’m quite pleased. The picture for today is mostly items from the Vintage Fair and a couple from this round of Cosmopolitan. The skin I’m wearing is part of the Mercury skin gacha set by YS&YS at the Arcade. You can find the key here to see the rest of the tones in the set.

It’s an early post today as I’ve been up for two hours already and before the lack of my normal sleep hours catches up with me I’ll take advantage to post.

Today’s is another mixture of fashion and decor and most of it is from this round of Cosmopolitan that ends tomorrow so you still have time to grab some amazing things. If you’re not familiar with this event, it’s bi-weekly and has everything from poses, to clothing to decor.

I’m wearing jewelry by Supernatural in the gold tone, but you can find it also in 3 other options. The dress top is by Elegance Boutique and if pink isn’t your color then you have 15 other colors choices. The panties are from JF Design, which are part of their bra/top and panties/skirt ensemble that is super sexy as well. You can find all these items at Cosmopolitan. The skin that I’m using is by YS&YS and it’s an applier for the Lelutka bento head called Paris and available at a new event called eBento. It’s their first round and by the name you know it’s all centered around everything bento. The event ends June 7th so plenty of time to visit.

The Chinese bathroom decor is by ETNIA, which is available as individual items or as a fatpack with items ranging from 1 to 4 land impact. It’s available at Cosmopolitan. The house that I am using in this picture is by Schultz Bros., which is their participation for the May subscription box of Deco(c)rate. It’s too late to get the box at the lower rate, but you can still grab it at a higher price. Visit their website for more information.

The last item is the pose, which is by Di’s Opera, that is part of their graceful set and available at Cosmopolitan.

I’m back and I promise this will be it for today. I wanted to get in a post for Tres Chic that began a few days ago. Some great fashion this round. The trench coat is mesh body compatible and is available in 5 colors. The skin worn is Kitty by YS&YS and is a applier for the Catwa mesh head. It is part of April’s Powder Pack, which you can still buy it and others off marketplace. Close ups of skins shown are below.

The hair worn is by Tukinowaguma and it’s available in five color palettes or a fatpack for all colors. The dress on the other woman.. hence my title is by Kenny Rolands, also mesh body compatible and available in 5 colors. The skin worn is by Colivati Beauty called Hailey and available in 6 color tones. I’m wearing the tan tone. The short hair style is by Pr!tty and available in a few color choices. All the fashion is available at Tres Chic unless otherwise mentioned.

The decor is by three separate creators. The larger part of the decor is by 22769, which is the Baroque terrace and topiary sphere trees. It’s a fantastic piece and available at We ❤ Role-Play. The sleeping cupid 3-tier fountain with the curved seat is by [Tia] and at this round of Shiny Shabby that just opened. The trees in the background are red elders in 4 seasons by Little Branch and are available at this round of Draftsman.

There’s no place I rather be than home

When I got this skybox to blog the first thing that caught my eye was the design. My mind started to think of how I could decorate it, to create a living space without a big emptiness in the middle and keeping in mind the view from the windows. You can see it without the furniture below. That’s where I challenged myself to completely decorate it and hoping that I would have enough prim to do so. It’s mesh and the quality of the textures are very good. It’s by Dubu and available now at SaNaRae until October 18th.

The other items that are being featured today are some of the decor pieces in the room. Some of the plants on the table and on the stairs are by .aisling. and are available at the Fantasy Collective. There are two sets: the Mandragorae includes four versions with texture change via menu and Herbae includes three versions with texture change via menu as well. Each plant is only 1 land impact.

The vase in the table with twigs and the book near it sitting on top of some other books are by Serenity Style and at LTD The Event. Unfortunately, it is the last round for this event as it was unexpectedly announced to us yesterday. I’ve included vendor pictures of both the plants and the items by Serenity below credits so there is no confusion.
