There is always so much prettiness around the grid during the Autumn season. The burst of colors I see everywhere on blogs, flickr and in-world inspired me to do something a little more with this picture to show you the newest house release by DaD Designs.

The Southwoods Cottage is just beautiful.  It includes a veranda in the front and on the inside it has a spacious main room, a bathroom and one bedroom.  It’s 100% mesh with a footage of 16.8 x 16.0 with copy and mod rights and a land impact of 77.  There is a snow add on that is sold separately if you are into the changing seasons. I’m also featuring trees by Little Branch also available at Shiny Shabby.  The London Plane that is near the front window and the young maples that are on each side of the steps.  These are 4 seasons so great for all year long as the seasons change.  The London is 7 land impact with the maple at 5, and will change if you resize up or down.
