It’s been a while since little me has been in the spotlight, so I thought it was due time. She’s a cute little thing and she still makes me laugh just watching her jump and down. She also likes to have fun if you take her out and that’s exactly what I had the other night. A friend invited me to a men’s shopping event, and well little me is not going to pass up an opportunity to go stomping on toes. It’s especially fun with the ones who go walking around bare footed. She happily spins and goes on her merry way to another poor fellow who just happens to get in her way.
Now to what I am wearing today. I’m featuring this cute dress and goggles by Buglets. The top and bottoms are mesh and are available in several light colors and are now at the main store.
The goggles, are for swimming and are also available in a few colors. Each color comes with a plain and diamond version. You can find them at the Hello Beautiful, a kids event that started yesterday and will go through the end of the month.

When I got these adorable pups collection from Jian, it was inevitable that I would bring out little me. It sort of worked out as I was looking to blog this cute dress from Buglets, which is out now at Lucky 7, a children’s event.
You might remember that two weeks ago I mentioned that I was going to cut out doing posts with little me. I did in fact drop every commitment I had for blogging items made for the toddleedoo. It was a good decision for me even if I truly did and do enjoy doing posts with little me. One of the first creators that ever entrusted me with their creations when I started out on this journey to blog for the toddleedoo was Buglets. Even with understanding that I will not be posting as regularly, she has been generous enough to let me continue as one of her bloggers as my time permits.
So today I am also featuring the pup collection by Jian, which will be available starting April 12th at the Epiphany. This event is a bit different, just like Gacha Guardians, so please visit the Epiphany web-site where you can learn all about the event and how to play. The collection consists of 15 prizes to take your chance on. There are various kinds of pups to win – the wandering, companion and the held version.
Also featuring the pastel pathway by Dysfuntionality, which is a group gift. I’m showing only the short piece, but the collection comes with various pieces for you to design your own pathway as needed. There is another version with natural wood colors that can also be found at the main store, out today for Lazy Sunday.
I’ll be showing some bunnies next and I’m thinking little me may come out and play again soon.
First, thanks to everyone whose given me a kind word of getting well and each day feels better than the last. I was able to eat something other than soup last night and that definitely felt good.
As I was laying in bed last night reading I ran across a passage in the book where one of the male character was sharing he didn’t want to be that man everyone perceived him to be. The female character responds that having learned firsthand that no matter how many things she alters in her life she would never be the perfect woman. That we all make mistakes, give in to our weaknesses and stumble from time to time, after all we’re only human. Though with enough focus, we can make improvements over time. The short paragraph spoke volumes on so many levels for me.
A situation happened recently that has me feeling mixed emotions, down and yet it’s forced me to look at my feelings, other people’s feelings and my part in it. Kicking myself at the same time and wondering when did I lose my perspective and sensitivity that I missed seeing something. Could it have made a difference somehow if I knew what I know now. You then wonder, question and doubt. Not this time. There isn’t anything to wonder, question or doubt and I blame no one, but myself for this.
Lil Miss Stubborn
Yes, perfection doesn’t exist for me either. I stumbled and made mistakes on this life road, giving into weaknesses. Though life is presenting me with a chance to make it right and that’s where I am in my thinking of what should I do now. That place where your head and heart contradict each other. The side of harsh reality or the side where you hold on. I don’t want to get stuck in the what if’s anymore. I placed myself on hold for far too long now. I have no regrets for doing so. It shows hope is alive in me. My faith is strong. I gave my best. I gave my worse. I gave of myself and the love in me I knew. No, not perfect. Just me.
That’s where I am right now and having to decide what do I need to hold on and let go of to get myself refocused. I considered stopping to blog and even leaving Second Life, though it’s not something I’m ready to do. Though I feel the need to cut back on some of my commitments. One of those cuts is posts with lil me. Since one of the events I blogged for has been going through some internal issues and I blog only for a few creators, this seems like a reasonable place to start to pull back. This is not to say that I won’t ever take a picture again with her or take on a special assignment. I just won’t have the commitments that I need to make sure and honor. In fact, the little girl in me really needs some laughter to heal some of that brokenness I feel right now, so you may find a little imp running around on the grid soon. She’s starting to feel a little rebellious now.
For the most part I will be keeping only a few commitments and sticking to just home and garden. My other blog gives me enough room to expand on my love of fantasy and learning additional skills in the world of photography and digital art.
Thanks everyone for listening to my ramblings today. I think that in some way I needed to verbalize them to initiate a change and a change in me.

As the month ends another begins and that means new rounds of most monthly events. The All The Little Thingsis one of the events that is kid based in Second Life. This round will begin on March 1st 12 noon SL time and run until March 21st 10 pm SL time. Lil me is wearing a cute lady bug outfit by Monkey Pox that is the rare item in the Ladybug Love gacha. There are 2 rares that come with bows, shoes and wings and 7 commons that comes with bows.
I’m wearing top and pants from MoDANNA that are currently available at the anyBody event that will end tomorrow. They should be at the main store after the event is over. The Joie Collection has 6 color satin tops and 5 colors for the pants. It is made to fit some mesh bodies and classic.
The pose I am using is called Mommy’s Joy and is available at the All The Little Things event. Make sure you check out the rest of the great poses from this creator.

I love ice cream. I just can’t eat it all the time or at all depending on my tolerance for lactose at any given moment. Even if I think my tolerance is much better now then before. It used to be that immediately soon after eating a few scoops the enjoyment would turn into an uncomfortable situation. Now I seem to be able to eat it without too much pain even though I still get bloated quite easily… almost that feeling of having overeaten.
Though I love ice cream and will take that chance anyways! It’s early ~ though the thought of eating some chunky monkey ice cream sounds like heaven right about now. It’s one of the flavors from Ben & Jerry’s that has banana ice cream with fudge chunks & walnuts. You must taste it!

After reading an article that a friend shared with me about unrealistic valentine’s day expectations earlier today it’s a little disconcerting to share in the social pressures this day brings. Is our expectations as women any different being in a virtual world? Or men finding it like drudgery to do the expected? Hmm.. let’s pretend otherwise.
Like most women I like my significant other to express and show his love, except I am more inclined to be spontaneously surprised or shown in other meaningful ways then have it be proclaimed on a specific day. It makes me recall one of my most memorable and never to be forgotten surprises when I logged in one day. There were all these giant size arrows leading me to various areas around the land where other posters with pictures or sayings expressing their love and affection. I melted and still do thinking about it. I loved even the cartoon character with the arms crossed and pouty lips with the words “little miss stubborn” …. coughs…me stubborn?
All that said there was a funny quote that I found not too long ago that went something like this. We like a man with a past, but we like a present too.

There are days when I just want to get into little me and go roaming around on the grid with her. She makes me laugh with her silly jumpy walking. Plus its much more fun dressing her up!
Today I am featuring pretty much everything in the picture. This cute dress and shoes I am wearing are by Stitches and is available at the current round of All The Little Things that just opened and will run until February 21st. The pose used is by p.o.s.e. and is to show the jewelry (not worn) that comes with the pose. The jewelry did not match my outfit, so I will feature them in another post soon.

Jian has this collection of posh pups at the new round of The Gacha Garden. I am only showing a few of the whole collection. The dog in the carrier and the dog snuggled in its bed are the rare items in the collection. The dog in the pram is the seed of inspiration item. You will need to visit the event website to get the full scoop on how you get to the seed of inspiration. Though my last known understanding as previously described in a past post is that players will make pulls on their favorite machines as they normally would with any other gacha. Every time a player makes 20 pulls on a single machine, they will receive a special gift called a “Seed of Inspiration” This is a gift by creators to those who play their machine at least 20 times. Those seeds of inspiration gifts will be no copy transferable items so you can trade, sell or keep as you normally would. Though once the event ends, those seeds of inspiration gifts will be retired and will never be made available again.
The remaining decor items being featured are by [CIRCA], which is just in time to help you decorate for Valentine’s Day. The “Love Notes” collection is available in two colors. The amaranth pink as shown or a deep red hue and it’s a mixture of vintage with a modern touch decor pieces that you can mix and match to fit your needs. There are a lot of small details to look out for like the opening drawers on the desk, the heart dangling on the birdcage and desk chair comes with 24 sit animations for both male and female.
