Preparing for the holidays

Today I’m showcasing once again the Woodpecker Cottage by DaD Designs, as I did just the outside and I wanted to show a little of the inside with this decor post.  The house is available at District 20, and you can refer to my previous post where I featured the house with all the details here.

The furniture is a mixture of different creators, beginning with Cheeky Pea who released the Anita Living Room set at the recently closed Rewind Event. I didn’t get a chance to post it until now, but this gives you an opportunity to visit the main store and check out all their awesome creations. Serenity Style is participating in Whimsical with their Loly Xmas gacha. I’ve featured a couple items previously in another post, but here is more of the set.

Zen Creations has some a few new items out for the holidays. The wooden Christmas trees are available in a few colors, the decorative home jar and holiday pumpkins that also come in different theme colors.  I’m also using their wooden linked tables and an older item, which is the yesteryear decor pieces. To complete the scene I am also using a couple of items from the Lady Conference set by unKindness. The laptop with the spreadsheet in the window is my favorite piece as it reminds me of something I have in common with Julie, as it’s a good tool to keep up with all we have to blog.

I'm not ready to fall for winter

Morning! Not much time to say a whole lot, but there is quite a bit being shown today starting with a new home release by Llorisen at FaMESHed. It’s a fabulous lodge styled a bit like a barn, but with a wrap around porch and comes in versions with or without a counter and with or without snow.  I will be featuring two more pictures in later posts to show how I decorated the spaces.  Though if you want more previews, visit the creator’s Flickr here or visit the FaMESHed event if you haven’t been by.  It’s a great lodge for the winter and perfect for rocking chairs sipping hot chocolate. Ok, so I might have to do another scene just for that!

The corner cafe

Even though I’ve been up a couple of hours or so I still feel somewhat slow going this morning. It could be the perfect time for some cake and maybe some coffee, even though I rarely drink it.

Though we have a wide range of cakes to select from, but guaranteed they’re all delicious. Ionic brings us the “Cafe de Paris” gacha at The Chapter Four and it’s a beautiful set that begins with the rare building. It is two levels and has a land impact 189, and can be used as a cafe, salon or any other establishment. Below credits you can find the items being shown and you can view the gacha key here for the other pieces not shown.

I’m also featuring the cakes by {Your Dreams} at The Gacha Gardens.  These are wonderfully made and great for parties.  The gacha key is here, because there is even more not shown.

Hello everyone.  As mentioned in my credits in the post I did yesterday evening was that I would be featuring the whole “Smells Like ‘The Dude’ Spirit” gacha by THOR today.  The gacha set has 23 items with 1 ultrarare, 2 rares and 10 commons.
