I know I’ve been a little short on words lately with just putting down credits. Real life has been very busy for me lately with still getting settled into a new home and just trying to keep pace with a few other things going on in my life.  Today, I have a little breathing room and so long as I don’t lose power with the bad weather conditions we’re having I’m all good.

I’m featuring the latest new home by DaD Designs, that is available at this round of FaMESHed.  The St. James is a beauty of a home both on the inside and outside.  It has a land impact of 186 and a footage of 22×16, so you must have the space for it. It makes for a great family home and what a delight it would be to decorate it.  More details on the house is found below the credits.

“St. James Manor” Is a beautiful family house on Georgian style characterized by symmetrical design and classic proportions.
A large entrance, welcomes you by a staircase that leads upstairs.
The living room on the right and on the left the dining room with access to the kitchen.
The entrance goes on and you can access the family room and the kitchen.
Upstairs 3 bedrooms large and spacious and one bathroom.
In the hallway there is a small room to be used as laundry or wardrobe with 4 sliding doors.
The windows of the whole house can be opened and have been arranged openings of different heights to create the most natural look possible.

EXTERIOR HOUSE:
Climbing plants surround the outside of the house and give a romantic and unique atmosphere.
