A winter wonderland

Featuring Iconic in this post with their new Winter Market Gacha at The Chapter Four. There are 14 commons and 2 rares in the set. The market stand that’s in both a winter and snowy comes with 3 texture option change on the wood and 8 different board messages. The rares comes in two versions snowy and regular.

These last two pictures are close up of some of the items, but to see the whole set in its entirely you can see it here. Those milk and donuts make me want to go out and get some Krispy Kreme ones.

In the first picture I was using the snowy carousel and this last one shows the regular.

Qué Será De Ti

I woke up with a touch of melancholy this morning, which sort of set the tone for the earlier part of my day. I did my best not to wallow in it and thankfully it’s passing quickly and my mood has greatly improved as the day kept moving forward.

Now today I’m showing the Saint Mary Magdalen Church by Ionic, which is available at The Forest. There is something about this church that really grabs me. It’s well done and will make a lovely addition to any landscape. If you’re not familiar with this event, then be aware that it is a membership paid event where you pay a fee to get the items for that month. Though it was recently announced that you now have the option to buy certain packages where you can pay a certain amount for up to a predetermined number of items. I’m also showcasing a new hairstyle by Wasabi Pills called Marisol that is available at the current round of Uber. The winter outfit is by Belle Epoque and it’s at Tres chic in several colors. The thigh high heels are by Empire and these can be found at Uber.

Lazy weekends are starting to agree with me. I think it’s the cooler weather we’re having that just makes me want to snuggle under a blanket. It’s exactly what I’ve been doing too the last two hours; reclining on the sofa with a throw blanket and watching Christmas movies on the Hallmark channel.

If I had stayed no doubt I would have dozed off, but that would have meant ruining the start of getting my internal clock back on track. Instead I got up to come blog, because this brings me a little joy each day and because I’m thankful knowing how much it has helped me to stay focused and centered the last few months.

Today I’m showing a mixture of things. The first is a new hairstyle by eXxEsS, the Malina that is available in two color packs A and B, which is the difference of single and multi-tone colors. The necklace and top are by [WAZ] and are new releases at The Chapter Four. The top is available in various colors. The last item worn being featured are the shoes by ChicChica, a new release at the Liaison Collaborative. I’m wearing the noir color, but you will find it in 5 other colors and it’s mesh body compatible for the Belleza, Slink and Maitreya.

The decor that I’m featuring today is from a few creators. The rustic entryway piece in the corner is by [Schultz Bros.] and it’s only available through the purchase of this month’s Deco(c)rate, which works very similar to the Luxe Box. The ladder, artist sketchbook, paint containers and the pumpkin on the entryway decor is by [Merak], and it’s available at this round of The Liaison Collabrative. La Casa Del Pueblo

Happy Friday! Even though I got my days all confused yesterday evening when I hit my bed early and thinking it was Friday instead of Thursday. I needed a good sleep to clear my head that’s for sure.

As I mentioned yesterday today I’m featuring the newest gacha set by Ionic called La Casa Del Pueblo.

The gacha set has 12 commons and 1 rare, which is the house that has a land impact of 79. The rest have an impact of 2 up to a range of 8 if I’m not mistaken. I really love this set for many reasons.

The first is the flan. I absolutely love flan in real life and could have it almost at any time. This and creme brulee are like my top favorites of desserts. The details and realness of the items is just fabulous. Then they evoke such good memories of times spent with family when I was young and surrounded by similar foods.

The last two pictures are just extra that I processed and decided to include them even though the previous ones gives you perhaps the better view of the items.

All the pieces of the gacha are mentioned below as written along with the details of all other items used.

Forever And A Day

I had an entirely different blog post planned for today, except that as I was processing the photos after completing my credits and taking everything down I realized that I was wearing two hairs instead of one. Even though the hair style looked decent as they were both updos it would not be fair and my conscience would not let me try to slide that in.

Luckily I had another couple of photos that I still needed to process and were next in line. It redirects my posting schedule a little even though I could have just skipped a day of posting. Though I like to stay on track and right now I need a little consistency in my life.

Now to what I’m going to show instead. I’m wearing a new skin by Essences called Tony, that is available at The Liaison Collaborative. I’m wearing the medium tone, but you will find it in several other skin tones.

This is one of the updos I was wearing called Enchantress and it’s by [MUSE]. It’s available in colors, fantasy and naturals. The hair along with this beautiful gown and accessories can be found at Swank. The Enchantress gown as well as the accessories are available in several colors.

I’m also using another pose in the Katya series by K&S Poses, that can be found at the main store.

I also want to give a short mention to the house, as you’re getting a small glimpse of it today. It’s new and the rare item in the newest gacha release by Ionic for The Chapter Four Event. I will be featuring it tomorrow, so I won’t go into detail on this post.

Coffee, tea or me?

The weekend went by too fast and already the week is starting off on a busy note, so my posts will be somewhat erratic to when I can find time to get it posted.

Today I am featuring a new hair release by eXxEsS called Mermelada, which translated means Jam. It’s rigged mesh, so you won’t be able to resize or move it. The newest hairs have the “breeze” technology, which animates the hair as you move around. I find this a really cool feature that gives you a bit of what I miss from the flexi hair days. The hair is available in two color packs A and B; the difference is that the A Pack has 56 single-tone colors and the B Pack has 56 multi-tone colors. The link takes you to the demo in market place, so try it out first.

I’m showing some new ugg style boots by Empire, available at Sad November. The Aconitum as they’re called, are 100% original mesh, come in 20 shoe colors via HUD that lets you change parts individually. They are made to fit the Belleza Freya, Venus, Isis, Slink Hourglass and Physique, Maitreya and The Mesh Project.

Most of the decor is from the newest gacha release by THOR for the new round of 6 Republic. The gacha set is called “Old Dirty Coffeeshop” and I’ve used all the pieces and have listed them below. The vintage slot machine is by [Schultz Bros.], that was recently released at Cosmopolitan, but should be available now at the store. I’m showing the brown version, but you’ll be able to find it in a few other colors as well.

The remaining item that I am featuring is the cute PeeWee Puffs in a tea cup by JIAN for The Gacha Garden. It’s a gacha set, so these are just a couple of the cuteness you can have by taking a chance at the gacha machines.

Today I am featuring items from a few events. The first is the long braids on the side hair by [Muse], available at this round of Genre. You will find it in natural, fantasy and colors. The glasses that I’m wearing are from Izzie’s and are at Geeks & Nerds. It comes with a hud to change the color of the frame and the glass.

The sexy lingerie is from Me Sew Sexy Clothier at On9. They are gacha and mesh body compatible with 18 commons and 3 rares.

The peaceful days I look forward to

Happy Sunday afternoon as it’s gone past the noon hour here and I’ve done nothing much today other than sleep in and have a banana for breakfast, so a late lunch will be calling my name soon.

I wanted to get this post in before I start doing some chores around the house. Today I am featuring three creators and the first items I will mention are the so shabby set by THOR. The vintage DIY entryway and drawers and the red ride on toy are just great decor pieces. I think they called that ride on toy the speedster. These can be found at Shiny Shabby.

Schultz Bros. has released some new items that are available currently at Cosmopolitan. The green vintage cigarette machine can be clicked for a pack of cigarettes. The other items not shown are vintage slot machines. I’ll probably be showing them in another post soon.

The last item being featured is by unKindness, which is the pumpkin with the dog in it. It’s part of the gacha set for the Epiphany. There are 9 commons and 2 rares to the set.
