I’m not really into all the creepy and scary things that come around this time of year when the Halloween season is upon us. Though I do like to challenge myself to get outside my comfort zone. We’ll see what the days ahead will bring, because I’ve seen some really creepy make your skin crawl stuff already.
Today I’m showcasing a few items that can be found at the Salem Macabre Market & Gacha Gallows Event that will run until October 31st. There is a bit of everything to get your scary thrills on, including home and garden decor that I am featuring.
The Hive has the “Something Sinister Gacha,” which includes the secret shack that is the rare in the set, boards on the window, chandelier, floor candelabra, pentagram and the keep out sign and put a spell on you frame. There are a few more pieces to the set. I’ve included the gacha key at the bottom of credits. The second item by Hive is a pumpkin cart set, that includes all the pumpkins and the cart on the porch. I love this set and will probably feature it again soon in another scene.
I’m also featuring items by unKindness. The wall creepers set is gacha with the rare being the trick or treaters near the door. The other two wall creepers being shown are on the window boards. I’ve also included the gacha key at the bottom.
The last item being featured is also by unKindness and it’s the Victorian fence. It’s a kit that allows you to create your own fence line. It’s a lovely set that works in any landscape settings.

Another peek into the Arcade. Today I am showing the Glasswings Collection by {Reverie}. These are wearable items made for Maitreya, Slink Physique and Hourglass. There are 10 pieces to the collection and two color versions of this outfit. I’m wearing this monarch and somewhat vintage white with only the hand accessory not worn. The other color version is blue.
I’m holding another color of the lively labs by JIAN, also available at the Arcade. The other two items being featured are also by JIAN and they are the floating candles in the metal bowl and the glass containers on the bench. Both are texture change on touch. They were available for Fifty Linden Friday, but unfortunately I wasn’t able to blog them in time. Though check the store as sometimes creators leave their items at that price until the weekend.

There’s a bit of excitement in the air as the month draws to a close when the doors will open for the next round of the Arcade. The gallery is now up, but I’ve not really had a chance to sit and go through it just yet. Though what I’ve seen so far in the blogs and flickr it’s another great round of amazing stuff starting with another set that I’m showing today by Hive.
The American Countryside gacha is just fantastic. There are 17 commons and 2 rares, which are the barn and the shed and the reward for hitting the machine 25 times is the fence kit that has a secondary color option on touch. The two rares have a texture change option — for the barn: the bottom front panel and for the shed: the side displaying a faded american flag.
So many wonderful pieces to use as a single unit or as a complete set to decor your own homes.

Doing a second post today as I’ve been trying to catch up a little in the last days I’ve been able to log. What I am showing is this delightful garden set by unKindness, which is available at this round of Collabor88. There’s so much you can do with this set, either indoors or outdoors and the pieces range from 1 land impact to 5 and benches have about 10 sitting animations. The other decor items being featured are the little birds chandelier and the twisted oak bird bath, which are new releases for Whimsical. These two come in a light or dark version.
Just in case you missed me in the picture… I’m right there on the ground enjoying the summer heat as the birds sing a melody. Only in Second Life can I really enjoy being outside in 80 and above degrees Fahrenheit weather. I’m wearing a boho top and denim skirt by [Lakshmi] available now at the ongoing round of On9. Today I am featuring the upcoming new release by JIAN of their lively labs that will be at the upcoming September round of The Arcade. These are just a few of the dogs in the collection… the animated ones and if you think these are cute wait until you see the static decor ones.
The complete collection consists of 19 dogs, 16 commons and 3 rares with 1 reward to collect after you play their machine 25 times. There are 4 rezzed wandering pups, 4 worn companion pups, 4 held ones and 4 static decor pups. Then there is 3 animated adult labs that are rare. The decor pups are not shown in this post, but I can tell you as mentioned above they are cute and just adorable. The colors of the dogs are white, chocolate, black and golden, which I’ve made sure to feature one of each color in this post.
Besides the static ones all the animals have unique little things they do. For instance the adult animated worn companions are idle, walk, runs, chases its tail, pants, barks and digs in the dirt as shown here. I really loved seeing this as it just brought it to life for me. To give you another idea the small companion pups are idle, walk, run, pant and bark as well as yawn and scratch its ears as they walk with your avatar.

Yep, a spoiled annoying ill mannered child here… laughs. I used to get annoyed with this guy that I was once involved with.. who would on occasion call me a brat. I’m absolutely sure he thought that I was a bit spoiled at times. In the sense that I was used to getting my own way… petulant at best if I didn’t get it either. I know it.
In any case, today I rather think that I was an adorable charming brat, because truth be told I’m not about to change now and I rather like me a lot. ❤

Happy Father’s Day!! to all fathers.
Today I am featuring a complete rez set by Bee Designs, known for their tropical and tiki creations. This summer lights set is available at Tres Chic and its all ready for you just to rez and position into place.
The bed has animations for sleep, cuddles and friends and props for having breakfast in bed. The pillows are texture change and box string lights can be turned on and off as well as the torches. It will require some prim as it has an 81 land impact, but well worth it when you get to create a lovely spot that has all the elements for a romantic spot.
